shipping

Shipping on domestic orders is a flat rate of $6. All orders ship within 4-6 business days of placement via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation, and we'll send you a shipment notification email as soon as your order goes out. You can expect your order to arrive about 3 days after receiving shipment notification. Please contact us if you have any special shipping needs.

international shipping

When placing an order for shipment ouside of the U.S., please be sure to select the zone rate for your country at check out. Shipping for international orders is $15, orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, which usually takes about two weeks to arrive. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import tax upon arrival at their destination, and while we make an effort on our end to mitigate this cost, Stone & Honey cannot be responsible for customs fees or taxes charged upon arrival. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about international shipping.

returns

We like what we make and we want you to like it too. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or less than spectacular in any way, returns need to made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending an item back. We can either issue a refund or exchange for another item. Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our very best to take care of you.
