Shipping & Returns

shipping

All orders ship within 5-10 business days of placement via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation, and we'll send you a shipment notification email as soon as your order goes out. Shipping on domestic orders is a flat rate of $6, and you can expect your order to arrive about 3 days after receiving shipment notification. Please contact us if you have any special shipping needs.

international shipping

When placing an order for shipment ouside of the U.S., please be sure to select the zone rate for your country at check out. Shipping for international orders is $10, orders are shipped via USPS First Class international, which usually takes about two weeks to arrive, but can take up to 3 or 4 weeks depending on how long a package is held in customs. We cannot predict, nor are we responsible for a package taking longer than the USPS stated delivery time, and First Class International shipments cannot be tracked once they leave our studio. If you are concerned about tracking, please contact us to make other shipping arrangements.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import tax upon arrival at their destination, Stone & Honey is not responsible for customs fees or taxes charged upon arrival. Please contact us if you have any further questions or concerns about international shipping.

returns

We like what we make and we want you to like it too. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or less than spectacular in any way, returns need to made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending an item back. We can either issue a refund or exchange for another item. Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our very best to take care of you.
